All 607 Audio Products come with a 30-day money back guarantee.  This covers damage in shipment, and the unlikely event that a unit is not functioning properly on receipt.  In this unlikely scenario, 607 will cover your return shipping, provide a replacement and cover the cost of shipping that to you.  Please use the form below or email us at support@607audio.com for instructions to initiate a return.  

Warranty

All products carry a one year labour and three year parts warranty from the original owner's date of purchase for any problem related to faulty parts. This warranty does not apply if damage is caused due to alteration, abuse, or abnormal wear and tear. This warranty is limited to failures due to defects in material or workmanship, occuring during normal use.  607 Audio will cover 2 way shipping with the company's preferred carrier during the first year of warranty period.  During the remaining 2 years, return shipping will be covered by 607 Audio.  After the warranty expires, all 607 Audio customers are entitled to replacement parts at a reducd cost and guidance to complete repairs routine maintenance.  If it's preferred 607 can complete routine maintenance and repair at this time for a fee.
