Here are some common trouble shooting steps you can try before you reach out.
The first thing to check would be if the unit is getting power. Make sure the white power indicator or bypass LED is illuminated when the unit is powered on or bypassed. Once you have determined there is power, next check the audio connections. It's best to power off the unit, or mute your monitors at this stage as it may cause pops. Ensure that the output of the previous stage is feeding the input, and the output of your 607 gear is feeding the input. Once you have power and connection, 99% of the issues should be solved.
