Analog Summing for your DAW
The SUMBOX 1602MS is not a transparent unit, it adds saturation to your mix. Its effect can be subtle, but when driven adds depth, and dimension to your recordings. It was born from the concept of creating an active summing amplifier that could easily work on every session with minimal effort required at recall.
Few Controls by Design
The only controls on the unit are the Mono/Stereo selection switches. The first 8 inputs (4 pairs) are Mono/Stereo assignable via the push button switches. The remaining 8 are assigned to 4 Stereo Pairs. This aids in recall as all volume and mix decisions are made in the DAW. This allows all gain staging and panning to be done at the DAW, gaining all the benefits of an analog mixing desk with none of the hassle of recall.

The SUMBOX 1602MS features 16 balanced analog Inputs on 2 DB-25 connectors.
2 Pairs of Outputs
The output is split into 2 pairs; creating the ability to apply parallel processing to the mixed signal, or having a dedicated monitoring path.
